The Mint Supervisor was a level 12 Robber Baron Skelecog who resided at the final room of the Cashbot Mints in Cashbot Headquarters. He was accompanied by three level 11 Cogs, which could either be Loan Sharks or Robber Barons.
Once the Mint Supervisor and the three Cogs were defeated, Toons received skill points for their gags and a certain number of Cogbucks.
