Polar Bear

A Polar Bear is a special Toon color transformation exclusive to bear Toons. Between December 24th and December 26th during the Winter Holiday, new bear Toons who visit Paula Behr on Tutorial Terrace and existing bear Toons who complete a limited-time ToonTask offered by her at Hibernation Vacations can become a Polar Bear.

Trivia

• Polar Bears first arrived to Toontown on December 24, 2013. On that day, Slappy allowed Polar Bears as his first campaign for the Toon Council Presidential Elections. Since his absence, Doctor Surlee continued the tradition until 2019, before Paula Behr took over.
• Polar Bears did not exist in Toontown Online. In Toontown Rewritten's storyline, Slappy was unfortunately no longer around to allow Polar Bears following his fate during the Toon Council Presidential Elections.
