ToonFest at ReplayFX 2017 was Toontown Rewritten's third real world ToonFest event that celebrated the 14th anniversary of Toontown Online. The event took place at the ReplayFX Arcade & Gaming Festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from July 27th to July 30th, 2017. The main event panel was streamed live on YouTube and Instagram. Sometime during and after the convention, recordings of a special interview with Jesse Schell and Shawn Patton, and the Toontown pie toss were posted on YouTube.

Apparel
Players could redeem the code "replayfx2017" in their Shticker Book from July 28th to August 4th to obtain the ToonFest 2017 Blue Shirt and ToonFest 2017 Pink Shirt. Attendees could also redeem exclusive codes that were offered at the convention to obtain the ToonFest 2017 Blue Attendee Shirt and ToonFest 2017 Pink Attendee Shirt.
Main event
Content revealed during the main event panel were:
- The Toontown Species Election results with deer and crocodile announced as winners
- Behind the scenes development of deer and crocodile
Merchandise
At the convention, a large poster depicting Flippy and several other Toons, three trading cards (Fluffy, the Shticker Book, and Goon), and a mini poster depicting a Toon dropping a Safe on a Bean Counter were available for attendees to receive. On October 26, 2017, Member Mailers were introduced with an end date of March 31, 2018, to allow players a chance to receive the trading cards and mini poster.
