Shopkeeper

Toon Council president, Flippy, is the shopkeeper of Toon Hall.

A shopkeeper is an NPC Toon who resides in a Toon Building. Shopkeepers are found in many Toon Buildings located in playgrounds and on streets. Some shopkeepers also offer ToonTasks in which Toons must visit them to advance further.

Trivia

• Many shopkeepers appear as a captive at the Sellbot Towers. After defeating the Vice President, the shopkeeper is freed and they offer Toons with two of their SOS cards.
