Shopkeeper

Toon Council president, Flippy, is the shopkeeper of Toon Hall.

A shopkeeper is an NPC Toon that resides in a Toon Building. Shopkeepers are found in many Toon Buildings located in playgrounds and streets. Some shopkeepers can also assign ToonTasks in which Toons must visit them to proceed further.

Trivia

• There are no shopkeepers that reside in any form of building in a Cog headquarters.
• Many shopkeepers appear as a captive at the Sellbot Towers. After defeating the Vice President, the shopkeeper is freed and they provide Toons with two of their own SOS cards.
