Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created by Walt Disney for The Walt Disney Company and is also their mascot. He is an anthropomorphic mouse who typically wears red shorts, large yellow shoes, and white gloves. In the Toontown universe, he is the mayor who has his neighborhood called Toontown Central, and handpicked Flippy and Slappy to run in the Toon Council Presidential Elections for the sole purpose of electing a Toon Council president so he can focus on his movies while the president takes care of Toontown, as confirmed by Alec Tinn.[1]
