Building-only Cogs

Building-only Cogs are tier 7-8 Cogs that mostly appear in Cog Buildings, Cog facilities, and boss Cog domains from every Cog headquarters. They may, however, appear in streets and Cog headquarters courtyards during a Cog Invasion or when summoned by Toons using a Cog Summons. Tier 7-8 Cogs can also appear in Sellbot Field Offices.
