Evil Eye is a Cog attack that is performed by Two-Faces, Legal Eagles, Corporate Raiders, and The Club President.

Animation

1. The Cog leans forward and stares at the targeted Toon.
2. A giant pink eye appears in front of the Cog's head, which then flies towards the Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon cringes back as the eye hits them.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon ducks to avoid being hit by the eye.
