Head Shrink is a Cog attack that is performed by Head Hunters and The Club President.

Animation

1. The Cog steps forward and wiggles their fingers.
2. Some light-yellow sparkles fly at the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon cringes and their head shrinks before quickly alternating between normal and large size.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps to the left or to the right and dodges the sparkles.
