Slappy's jellybean stand

Slappy had a jellybean stand that was created for one of his campaigns while running as a candidate in the Toon Council Presidential Elections. It contained two hands, one that held a sign and the other that held a jar containing jellybeans.
Events
Toon Council Presidential Elections
The jellybean stand was stationed in Toontown Central next to Toon Headquarters. Before the overwhelmingly silly levels of the Toon Council Presidential Elections allowed it to become animated, the stand was static.
Doomsday
Immediately after Slappy was elected Toon Council president, a Yesman arrived and saddened him. The jellybean stand was knocked over as if it seemingly passed out immediately after it witnessed Slappy going sad and remained in the same state for the rest of Doomsday.
