Trivia

The Laughing Place is a traditional African-American folktale, which was retold in the Disney film Song of the South. The building's name may be referring to the song titled "Everybody Has a Laughing Place" that is featured in the film and in the Disney Parks ride Splash Mountain.
Unlike most buildings, The Laughin' Place cannot be taken over by Cogs.
