ToonFest at Home was Toontown Rewritten's online ToonFest event that ran from September 19th to September 27th in 2020. After the cancellation of ReplayFX due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Toontown Rewritten Team announced on June 8th during a ToonCast to celebrate Toontown Online's 17th anniversary that ToonFest at Home was scheduled to take place during the week of September 19th.[1] While coinciding with the in-game event, ToonFest at Home had activities such as the TOONYs, Behind the Tooniverse, Toontown Online Developer Reunion and Q&A with the Toontown Rewritten Team, as well as workshops such as Illustrating the Tooniverse, the Toontown Improvement Project and Cast & Staff Members, all of which were streamed live on YouTube and Twitch.

As revealed during the "Behind the Tooniverse" panel, new merchandise was created: a large poster depicting Toons and Cogs watching television inside a house, three trading cards (Tutorial Tom, High Dive, and the Chief Justice), and a "Greetings from Screwball Stadium!" postcard. They were first awarded to winners of the 2020 TOONYs. On December 15, 2022, Member Mailers were introduced to give players a chance to receive the trading cards and postcard. ToonFest at Home merchandise would become available during ToonFest: Birthday Bash.
