ToonFest at ReplayFX 2019 was Toontown Rewritten's fifth real world ToonFest event that celebrated the 16th anniversary of Toontown Online. The event took place at the ReplayFX Arcade & Gaming Festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from August 1st to August 4th, 2019. Activities such as the kickoff with Jesse Schell and Shawn Patton, the main event panel, the Q&A with the Toontown Rewritten Team panel, and the TOONYs were streamed live on YouTube and Twitch.

Apparel
Players could redeem the code "replayfx2019" in their Shticker Book from August 1st to August 11th to obtain the ToonFest 2019 Blue Hat and ToonFest 2019 Pink Hat. Attendees could also redeem exclusive codes offered at the convention to obtain the ToonFest 2019 Blue Attendee Hat and ToonFest 2019 Pink Attendee Hat.
Main event
Content revealed during the main event panel[1] were:
- Toontown Rewritten trailer titled "Seltzer and Slapstick"[2]
- More information on aspects of the Sellbot Task Force expansion
- Behind the scenes development of Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters
- Behind the scenes development of new Trolley minigames such as Spotlight Search and Doodle Roundup
Merchandise
At the convention, a large poster depicting Loony Labs and the Silly Meter during its first maxing, three trading cards (Riggy Marole, the Laff Meter, and the Sellbot Field Office), and a mini poster depicting a Cold Caller on a geyser were available for attendees to receive. Exclusive lenticular Doctor Fissionton trading cards were also available. On May 27, 2020, Member Mailers were introduced with an end date of March 31, 2021, to allow players a chance to receive the trading cards and mini poster. Doctor Fissionton trading cards were excluded from Member Mailers due to high expenses and limited supplies.
