Halloween ToonTasks/Black Cat and Bloodsucker Cog Summons

Between October 29th and November 1st during Halloween, Toons are instructed to recover a Bag of Halloween Decorations from Bloodsuckers in order to begin this limited-time ToonTask and earn a Bloodsucker Cog Summons. Cat Toons also have a choice to become a temporary or permanent Black Cat. This ToonTask can be obtained by visiting Booregard.

Booregard	Boo to you! I am Baron von Booregard, purveyor of the hair-raising, connoisseur of the spine-chilling! Friend'a all things spooky and kooky... And YOU, my dear friend, are my new assistant! No need ta be a worrywart. Look at the whistle - I'm a Toon Trooper, not a mad Scientoon! Halloween has arrived with the Spooktown Curse, and I've just the plan ta make it better than ever. Why, I've got the perfect plan, almost TOO perfect! What's a better way ta celebrate Halloween than by making Halloween TWO?! The bone-chilling sequel! We need ta throw the ultimate graveyard smash!! First off, we're gonna need more decorations... 'Round this time o' year, Bloodsuckers sometimes run off with bags'a Halloween decorations. I need you to trick those Cogs out of a bag. That'll teach them not ta put a damper on our spooky festivities. Now go, my terrifying assistant! I have the utmost faith in ya!	Have ya found any decorations yet? We can't have the perfect Halloween Two without some proper spooky ambiance!
Booregard	Fangs for the help, my dear assistant! Lemme see... Plastic Skeletoons? Silly string cobwebs?! Even glow-in-the-dark jack-o-lanterns?!? All'a Toontown's gonna be rattlin' in their sneakers when they see THESE decorations! In fact, we should decorate the most haunted and cursed place in all'a Toontown to up the ante. I know the perfect spot. Have you ever been to that fountain over on Punchline Place? Why, just the other day... Ah, no, I shouldn't say... You'll be having nightmares for weeks! Really, I shouldn't tell ya this, [Toon name], but... What better way to get in the partyin' mood than a good scare? I went to the fountain to count my candy stash, when all of a sudden... All the water in the fountain turned ta oil before my very own eyes! Next thing I knew, the ink-curdling Impericog rose outta the fountain ta steal all my sweets! Swear by my heart!! I was so terrified, I dropped my bag'a candy and ran all the way back ta the Playground. So why dontcha head ta that fountain? Scope it out for our decorations, and maybe bring back that bag o' candy too, if ya see it. Consider it a treat in exchange for a trick! Hehe, or will the Impericog really get you?! BOO!	Didja go see that cursed fountain yet? It's on Punchline Place. Keep watch for the Impericog - you're in for a real fright!
Booregard	How was the fountain? Did the water turn to oil? Didja see the Impericog?! Oh! You found that bag o' candy. Good, good - nothin' says Halloween Two more than some good ol' fashioned trick-or-treatin'! Now, how about another classic spooky activity? Halloween Two wouldn't be a proper upgrade without bobbin' for apples! If you collect 20 from the Catching Game, that should be plenty. If there's extras, we can turn them into candied apples, too. Yum... Don't get squashed under any falling anvils. It's cheating to bob for flattened apples!	You'll only find apples on Toontown Central's trolley, but if ya bring back pears or oranges instead, that may be the spice Halloween Two really needs. Get catchin' so we can get bobbin', assistant!
Booregard	What perfectly horrific specimens! There's more than enough here for bobbin' and makin' candies. The preparations for Halloween Two are nearly complete. It's time for the final step. We needa scary story ta tell! And I know one of the scariest stories around... The Tale of the Black Cats' Curse! I know ol' Flippy keeps a copy of the tale in his desk. Why dontcha pay him a visit and ask him for the book? I can read it t'ya! I'm quite the storyteller, if I do say so myself. You can find Flippy inside of Toon Hall, the building right behind me.	I would speak ta Flippy myself, but it's best I steer clear. I've tried to trick-or-treat at Toon Hall a few dozen times today, and the Scientoons aren't too happy 'bout the interruptions.
Flippy	Oh, Booregard sent you for the Tale of the Black Cats' Curse? Of course! I've got it right here. I usually tell this tale to the new Toons in town during this time of year. It always gives them a good fright! I used to tell the tale to all the Toons around town myself, too, but I'm too busy for it nowadays. Booregard really knows how to throw a Halloween party, so I asked if they'd take up the mantle in my stead. They jumped at the chance, of course. I'm glad to see it's been a success so far! I won't hold you any longer. Enjoy the story - I wrote it myself, you know!	I'm sure Booregard is eager to read you the Tale of the Black Cats' Curse, best not to keep them waiting!
Booregard	Are ya ready for a proper scary story?! Well, get comfy, 'cause I'm about to tell ya the story of the Black Cats' Curse... There was once three Toons - a dog, a deer, and a duck. 'Round town they met Jack O' Kazam, thinkin' for sure they were in luck! Down the streets they dashed, trick-or-treatin' for candy... But they got more than they bargain'd for, for the Black Cats were handy! Who'da thought, they were completely surrounded!! Some with pumpkins for heads; they were completely confounded! The next victims had been found, doomed to the Black Cats' curse... There's no worse fate in all'a Toontown, nothin' worse!!!! Hehe... What a way ta get into the Halloween spirit! Wasn't that fun?! Say, maybe we never needed a Halloween Two after all. All this celebration's showed me there's no way to improve Halloween, 'cause it's already perfect!! Ya can't perfect perfection... But we CAN throw the spookiest, scariest, most horrifying Halloween bash Toontown's ever seen!! Fangs ya for celebratin' with me. This party wouldn't have been the same without ya, my dear assistant!
