Silly Teams
Silly Teams are a major component of the Silly Meter. During the Silly Meter's active phase, all qualifying Toons in possession of a Silly Reader may choose one of three randomized teams to place their Silly Points towards, with each team corresponding to a certain reward. As soon as the Silly Meter maxes, the team with the most points has its reward activated for all of Toontown. Toons may switch to a different team to place their points towards at any time through the Shticker Book's "Silly Meter" page. Once a Silly Team wins, it is eliminated from the next Silly Cycle.[notes 1]

| Overjoyed Laff Meters | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons receive +8 laff points to their maximum laff. A Toon's Laff Meter shows increased laff in orange and have a white glow around it while the perk is active. The maximum laff of 140 is also temporarily raised to 148. |
| Plentiful Fishing Ponds | 
|
When this perk is active, extra fishing docks are available, fish have bigger shadows, and an extra fish appears in all ponds. |
| Double Jellybeans | 
|
When this perk is active, jellybeans awarded from activities, including unites, are doubled. |
| Speedy Garden Growth | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons' gardens grow every six hours, resulting in plants growing at 12:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM Pacific Time rather than the usual single growth at 12:00 AM Pacific Time. Additionally, gardens do not deplete water. |
| Double Racing Tickets |

When this perk is active, Toons receive twice the amount of tickets from all race tracks in Goofy Speedway, with the exception of Grand Prix. |
| Global Teleport Access | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons automatically gain temporary teleport access to any area across Toontown that they already visited, regardless of their ToonTask or Cog Disguise progress. |
| Doodle Trick Boost | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons' doodles perform tricks more frequently and earn more experience from each trick they perform. |
| Double Toon-Up Experience | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Toon-Up gags from defeating Cogs. |
| Double Trap Experience | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Trap gags from defeating Cogs. |
| Double Lure Experience | 
|
When this perk is active, Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Lure gags from defeating Cogs. |

When this perk is active, Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Sound gags from defeating Cogs. |

Trivia
- Decreased Fish Rarity was the first winning Silly Team when the Silly Meter maxed for the first time on March 13, 2019.[1]
- As of the 3.7.0 update that was released on January 26, 2023, Decreased Fish Rarity was reworked into Teeming Fish Waters.[2]
- As of the 3.10.6 update that was released on March 1, 2024, Teeming Fish Waters was revamped into Plentiful Fishing Ponds with a new icon to better reflect how it was reworked. The new icon is currently not found on the Toontown Rewritten Wiki.
