Silly Teams
Silly Teams are a major component of the Silly Meter. During the Silly Meter's active phase, Toons in possession of a Silly Reader may choose one of three randomized Silly Teams to place their Silly Points towards, with each Silly Team corresponding to a certain reward. As soon as the Silly Meter maxes, the Silly Team that receives the most Silly Points has its reward activated for all of Toontown. If Toons do not like a Silly Team they initially selected, they may switch to a different Silly Team at any time through the Shticker Book's "Silly Meter" page. Once a Silly Team wins, it is eliminated from the next Silly Cycle.[notes 1]

Toons temporarily receive +8 laff points and the maximum laff is temporarily raised to 148. A Toon's Laff Meter shows the increased laff in orange and has a white glow around it. |
| Plentiful Fishing Ponds | 
|
Extra fishing docks are available, fish have bigger shadows, and an extra fish appears in all ponds. Fish rarity does not decrease. |
| Double Jellybeans | 
|
Jellybeans awarded from activities, including unites, are doubled. |
| Speedy Garden Growth | 
|
Toons' gardens grow every six hours, resulting in plants growing at 12:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM Toontown Time (Pacific Time) rather than the usual single growth at 12:00 AM. Additionally, gardens do not deplete water. |
| Double Racing Tickets | 
|
Toons receive twice the amount of tickets from all race tracks in Goofy Speedway. This does not apply to the Grand Prix. |
| Global Teleport Access | 
|
Toons temporarily receive teleport access to all areas on the map of Toontown that they already visited, regardless of their ToonTask or Cog Disguise progress. |
| Doodle Trick Boost | 
|
Doodles perform tricks more frequently and earn more experience from each trick they perform. |
| Double Toon-Up Experience | 
|
Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Toon-Up gags from defeating Cogs. |

|
Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Trap gags from defeating Cogs. |
| Double Lure Experience | 
|
Toons earn twice the amount of skill points for Lure gags from defeating Cogs. |

Trivia
- Decreased Fish Rarity was the first winning Silly Team when the Silly Meter maxed for the first time on March 13, 2019.[1]
- As of the 3.7.0 update that was released on January 26, 2023, Decreased Fish Rarity was reworked into Teeming Fish Waters.[2]
- As of the 3.10.6 update that was released on March 1, 2024, Teeming Fish Waters was revamped into Plentiful Fishing Ponds with a new icon to better reflect how it was reworked.
